ASN Autoschade Zijdepark offers professional damage repair in the Bergambacht region (the Netherlands). It performs car repairs on all brands, with craftsmanship and dedication. In February 2021, the company moved to brand new and fully equipped premises. The new building offers ample space for repair and spray jobs on a wide variety of vehicles, and is equipped with a workshop, different types of spray booths and an efficient paint mixing room.
To maintain a healthy workspace and to guarantee the best possible end results, the company choose to implement a Hamach HCV 7000 Central Vacuum Unit. This machine offers central dust extraction 24 hours a day for a professional work environment. It is able to cover up to seven workspaces and is energy efficient. Due to the on/off switch, the system only uses the required amount of electricity. In addition, the optimum dust extraction also achieves significant savings on abrasive materials.
In accordance with customer wishes, we equipped the system with five multifunctional wall panels, three single dust extraction points and a special area adapted for vacuuming vehicles. All the extraction points are connected to the central dust extraction unit and ready for use 24/7.
Besides this, Hamach also supplied the furniture for the mixing room, consisting of three spray gun cleaners, a stainless steel work table and a stainless steel scale table.
