Handling your order and use of our services
We process your personal data to handle your order. When applicable, we may transfer your personal data to the shipping company in order to have your parcel delivered. We may also obtain payment information from your bank or credit card provider.

For this purpose, we may process your:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • (invoice) address;
  • email address;
  • payment details;

We are required to process this personal data in order to fulfil our agreement. We will store this personal data until the order is finalised. Certain types of personal data will be retained for a longer period of time, for example, to comply with fiscal retention obligations.

To use our services, you are required to create an account with E.M.M. To do so, we ask

you to provide personal information and to create a username and password for your account. For this purpose, we are required to additionally process the following personal data:

  • username;
  • password;

 We will store this personal data until you close your account. We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our company, and in order to contact you with regards to the execution of the agreement, including invoicing and payment, and in order to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased.

We collaborate with other organisations that may receive your personal data.

We will not share your personal data with parties that will provide personalised advertisements based on your preferences and behaviour.

In order to fulfil your orders, we share your information for parcel delivery purposes.

Sending newsletters
We have a newsletter to inform interested parties about news, tips and information regarding our products and services. Your e-mail address will be added to our list of subscribers solely with your consent.

For this purpose, we may process your:

  • Company information
  • Contact information
  • We will store this data until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription to our newsletter at any time. Every newsletter will include a link to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
